The Good:

- Ability to send faxes with highlighting, text notes & personal signature stamp using efax Messenger software
The Bad:
- With toll-free fax number there are no inclusive free pages and all received pages are billed at $0.20 a page
- No free sending faxes on eFax Pro Plan
- Pages that take longer to fax cost more as they as billed on time.
